Job Description


: To act as the Sales & Customer Relations representative for one or more ZF Wind Power clients in India region. The position supports the Global Key Account Managers, to function efficiently and smoothly at local level. And as an additional responsibility (in the absence of a local marketing team representative), coordinate with & support the Marketing & Communications team for plant/region reports & regional communications/ presentations. Your Tasks: Support to ensure short term and medium term delivery requirements and revenue plans are met. When needed, conduct delivery meetings with customers and ZF WP plants to ensure sale/ revenue plans are met. Manage customer expectation and challenge internal teams to meet customer expectations in this area. Processing of specific requests from the local customers, in consultation with Global KAMs. - for eg. India specific POs, OAs, Change management, DK implementation, One of costs. Interacts with other departments such as PD, SCM, PE, Quality, Service, Finance to run smoothly the above activities. Represents KAM / Sales in Project team meetings. Keeps a very close contact with the local contacts to improve relationship. Uses these channels to get information on customer\'s initiatives, plans, projects and their execution status. Plays an active role to give inputs to Global KAMs on Sales & Operational Plan process (monthly sequence). Support marketing activities i.e. Market Intelligence, Trade Fairs, Social media marketing. Support to prepare MIS reports. Your Profile: Education & Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering / MBA (Marketing preferred) Years of relevant experience: 9 to 14 years of Sales & Marketing experience in engineering industry Customer Focus & Key Account Management Sales & Operational Planning Market insight Basic engineering concepts Project Management Documentation & arrangement Be part of our ZF team as Key Accounts - Manager / Sr. Manager (KAM) and apply now!
