• Work Experience - 1 to 5 years of B2B/B2C/Direct Sales Channel/r
• BFSI is ok but no life insurance exposure requiredr
• Qualification - Any Graduate (EXCEPT Bachelor in ARTS/Mass communication) OR Graduate + MBA. BCA, MCA, B.Tech with sales experience are preferredr
• Good verbal communications skills & good career stability (There should not be any Job change if a candidate has 1.5 year sales experience.)r
• Local candidate & Open to travel in local city (2 Wheeler / 4 Wheeler)r
• Male candidate onlyr
• Candidate with local city experiencer
• Candidate with no experience or education gap - Preferredr

• Manage channel partner business on daily basis by visiting points of sales within a defined territory and meeting all concerned employees.r
• Build excellent relationship with all concerned employees at point of sales and fulfil all service related requirements at the assigned Branches.r
• Does personal and telephonic interaction with existing channel partner relationships for business mobilization and ensuring maximum conversion of loan borrowers for Credit Life cover. r
• Handle/ resolve queries from relationships efficiently on daily basis. r
• Preparing/ collating weekly reports on the outcome of interactions with the relationships for submission to concerned personnel.r
• Preparing reports/sharing of conversion resultsr
