Purpose of the role: This position is responsible to develop territory and account strategy in CARE ecosystem working in close collaboration with the broader CFT Team. Employee will also be responsible to establish and build strong capabilities, scientific engagements in the account and drive patient centric activities. Ensuring ease of supplies for all brands in the accounts and work towards inclusion of future Oncology brands in the formularies. Will also be responsible to deliver goals and sale objectives for the Zone.
What you?ll do
  • Develop & Drive Brand Specific Campaigns & Strategy in CARE
  • Connect and Collaborate with broader CFTs to develop strategy for Oncology Drugs formulary inclusion in CARE Formularies
  • Ensuring building capability and driving patient centric activities
  • Drive Profiling Exercise, Communication strategy for CARE
  • Work closely with TA Brand Managers, Medical & Dx Team to drive engagement activities in CARE
  • Ensure compliance

Essential for the role Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
University Science graduate. Must have 5+ years of sales experience in Oncology/Medical Devices/Radiation Therapy/Surgical Instruments/Respiratory/Organ Transplant Able to travel to perform job duties. Organizational skills, good analytical skills / mind set, ability to manage complexity with a high degree of maturity.
Desirable
Proficient in oral and written communication (English). Able to identify potential customers and add to the customer base. Able to meet demand generation goals. Should have been a high performer in sales, Cross functional engagement, strong business acumen. Demonstrate AZ Values Consistently
