Purpose of the role: This position is responsible to develop territory and account strategy in ESI ecosystem working in close collaboration with the broader CFT Team. Employee will also be responsible to establish and build strong capabilities, scientific engagements in the account and drive patient centric activities. Ensuring ease of supplies for all brands in the accounts and work towards inclusion of future Oncology brands in the formularies. Will also be responsible to deliver goals and sale objectives for the Zone.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

• Develop & Drive Brand Specific Campaigns & Strategy in ESI
• Connect and Collaborate with broader CFTs to develop strategy for Oncology Drugs formulary inclusion in ESI Formularies
• Ensuring building capability and driving patient centric activities
• Drive Profiling Exercise, Communication strategy for ESI
• Work closely with TA Brand Managers, Medical & Dx Team to drive engagement activities in ESI
• Ensure compliance

Essential for the role Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience Essential

• University Science Graduate from a reputed institute is preferred
• 3+ years of Oncology & IB expertise
• Customer value proposition
• Engaging with the oncology ecosystem
• Cross functional engagement
• Business acumen
• Innovation & change management

Desirable

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communicator and ability to work with commercial teams
• Mature and result oriented, along with good growth mindset
• Good persuasion & negotiation skills
