Key Accounts Manager
Primary responsibilities :
- The incumbent will be a member of KAM Team to lead Business on e-commerce platforms - Generate revenue as per Budgeted PL, achieve estimates, Manage Day-to-day Business activities, Marketing, Oversee operations, Payments and Reconciliations and vendor management.
- Business activities include - Generation & fulfillment of Daily orders (B2B + B2C), returns Management, cataloguing, Pricing, Delivery & Slotting management, new accounts launch, manage business via Omni (Stores) & warehouse fulfilment and MIS (analysis of business KPI for growth & +ve PL)
- He/she will provide day-to-day guidance for business operations and collaborate to create & guide e-commerce strategies in conjunction with senior advisors and report on E-commerce metrics.
Job Responsibilities :
- Vendor Management - Manage and develop the relationships with main online marketplace POC for Bata
- Daily Report, analysis, for various marketplaces, management of account w.r.t Sales, Stock, Orders, Delivery, Payments, Reconciliation
- Manage B2B + B2C Business - From Order generation to Delivery
- Responsible for managing overall Cataloguing as per marketplaces requirement
- Co-ordination with internal functions - Finance, Operations, Tax, legal, Merchandising, Warehouse
- Co-ordination with external partner functions - Finance, Business, ISM, etc. for daily tasks
- Plan weekly, monthly tasks w.r.t Business plans
- Manage B2C channels - marketplace panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Snapdeal, Nykaa, TataCliq, Paytm, etc.) for daily management of discounts, catalogues, inventory upload etc.
- Work closely with operations to share & track B2B business partners PO / Orders
- Maintain Daily, weekly, annual trackers of business MIS as per guidelines
- Manage all aspects of analytics related to marketplaces and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners
- Overseeing the development of customer relationships through marketplace
- Review monthly customer service reports and putting into place action items to ensure efficiency of the process
Ideal Candidate :
- 5+ years of experience in retail, FMCG, key accounts management with at least 3 years in marketplace management in Ecommerce (managing Business MIS)
- Experience in Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra
- Strong analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions
