Roles & Responsibilities Manage set of key accounts for all product portfolio (Oleo chemicals , derivatives , Specialty chemicals etc.) Establish contact with various departments of the customer ex R&D, purchase, marketing, operations. The incumbent should be able to understand the potential of key accounts and our market share. Analyzing our position in the customer\'s wallet and devising ways to increase it. Keeping track of market trends, keeping a close watch on new product launches at the customer\'s end. Establish contact with all the locations of the key accounts at Godrej industries ltd chemicals. Ensure no overdue within the area of responsibility, closely monitor customer payment status and credit notes to be issued. Establishing, maintaining, and developing customer relationship, under the management of Sales & marketing Closely monitoring market behaviour, competition climate, demand and supply position, pricing trends to be on top of business environment, share intel with the Management team and Business intelligence. Identify and capture opportunities of key accounts, develop and track Sales and probability funnels. Responsible for building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with clients/Key Accounts and generating incremental value and volume sales. Management of Large Accounts to meet account expansion goals. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, negotiating, to closing the deal. Identify accounts where revenue would be shrinking and formulate strategies to reach out to these accounts and retain the business. Establish sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual sales, projecting expected sales volumes & profit for new & existing accounts. Critical Skills Strategic agility; understanding International Business trends. Excellent B2B selling skills, including key account management. Strong Communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to influence without authority. Innovative thinking & proactive approach. Good negotiation skills. Strong technical orientation to understand our product lines. Strong business acumen and good financial understanding. Executive presence to build top-top customer relationships. Education Qualification B.E (Chemical) & MBA Nature of Experience Key account management Skills & manage large customers. Experience 6 Years +
