Be serving as the single point of contact for specific major accounts for the branch Be building and nurturing long-term relationships with the customer and all the related stakeholders, such as architects, consultants, contractors, etc. Be conducting account planning activities to understand the customer\'s needs and expectations, and to offer customised solutions that align with their requirements and goals. Be collaborating with other departments and teams within the branch to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of our products and services. Be responsible for customer support during complete cycle, but not limited to Project planning, traffic calculations, energy calculations coordinating with customer solutions and sales. Be pivoting specifications in line with above. Be supporting Sales engineers for finalising commercials with accounts in line to agreed specification. Be promoting & ensuring increased the brand mind share. What you already have Post graduate degree in business, marketing or Bachelors in engineering Minimum 9 years of experience in account management or sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the industry and market trends Target industries - construction , real estate , building materials , elevator, HVAC , electrical switch gear, lighting.
