About Us: At 91sqft.com (a Y-Combinator startup), there is an anomaly in the world that retailing via physical stores is still very complex. You can set up your web store in hours, but setting up a physical store is very complex and littered with ad-hoc choices. We are building a plug-and-play expansion solution for retail chains which will digitize the supply chain of materials and labor and also allow expanding retailers to track their projects with the click of a button. In this pursuit, we have built more than 1000+ stores for 50+ brands in India, and plan to start delivering 500 stores every month in the next 12 months. We are not stopping at just building stores, our plan is to create a system to manage the store throughout its life cycle. The incumbent will also be expected to leverage this relationship to deepen the account to ensure an increase in business share and repeat business. The role is a command center to lead project delivery by aligning all teams from operations and design to set the right processes & trackers and be SPOC for the customer. He/she will therefore also be responsible for project P&L. Reporting Hierarchy: This role will report to the Regional Manager. Key Responsibilities- Responsible for taking the hand-over of customers from the Sales Team and being the touch point and face of the organization throughout the client journey, from Sales to Project Handover to Farming. Act as a nodal point for all discussions with the customer and operations team to ensure timely progress updates and resolve any bottlenecks or changes. Work with different teams to break down project requirements and customer guidelines as per process. Take ownership of the project delivery, monthly revenue and cash flow numbers for projects assigned. Ensure high customer satisfaction, responsible for CSAT score and overall NPS with the client. P&L ownership of all projects assigned. Visit project sites to do QC, review progress and give feedback/instructions to the operations team. Requirements: Education: B. Arch or civil engineers. MBA will be preferred Experience requirement Total minimum experience of 4 years, Minimum 2 years of experience in fit-outs (interiors) for commercial / office / retail spaces, Minimum 1-year experience in managing customers. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive multiple priorities. Good communication - written and verbal Skills to draw a detailed project plan - identifying different components, and risks therein and putting risk mitigants in place. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Problem-Solving skills: Ability to look at scenarios with a first principles approach. Strong aptitude and analytical skills.
