Wockhardt aims to be in the Forefront of Regenerative Medicine and Anti-ageing treatments and in the coming months we will launch cutting edge, first of its kind treatments which will follow our innovative growth factor concentrate therapy Job Role : KAM - Derma Location - Indore Territory - entire MP Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our dynamic team in Indore. who will be responsible for managing and growing our dermatology (derma) segment across the entire Madhya Pradesh territory, focusing on building strong relationships with key derma doctors and driving prescription sales. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact on our business. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets for the derma segment in Madhya Pradesh. Build and maintain strong relationships with key derma doctors and decision-makers across the territory. Conduct regular product presentations and educational workshops for doctors and their teams. Negotiate and close sales contracts with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, identifying new business opportunities. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, sales operations, etc.) to achieve shared goals. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in dermatology and relevant regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the derma segment. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with key accounts. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and self-motivated person. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
