We are looking for a Key Account Manager to undertake all hiring activities, and their team management from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
Key Account Manager responsibilities include connecting with clients, juniors and candidates.
If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels, we'd like to meet you online/offline.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for team management and hiring qualified people for our client while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities :
Be the key between junior recruiters, employers and job-seeker.
Regularly assign tasks to junior and take work from them.
Responsible for training and development of juniors in order to get better performance.
Responsible to get optimum performance from the juniors.
Create and publish job ads in various portals.
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social and digital media.
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
Screen and shortlist resumes and job applications.
Interview candidates telephonically or online for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive).
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
Maintain and build strong relations with clients.
Responsible to give better team results to the company.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Manage team and take reporting from the team.
Line-up and interview schedule of the relevant candidates.
