Job brief :

• We are looking for a Key Account Manager to undertake all hiring activities, and their team management from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
• Key Account Manager responsibilities include connecting with clients, juniors and candidates.
• If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels, we'd like to meet you online/offline.
• Ultimately, you will be responsible for team management and hiring qualified people for our client while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities :

• Be the key between junior recruiters, employers and job-seeker.
• Regularly assign tasks to junior and take work from them.
• Responsible for training and development of juniors in order to get better performance.
• Responsible to get optimum performance from the juniors.
• Create and publish job ads in various portals.
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social and digital media.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
• Screen and shortlist resumes and job applications.
• Interview candidates telephonically or online for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive).
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
• Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
• Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
• Maintain and build strong relations with clients.
• Responsible to give better team results to the company.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Manage team and take reporting from the team.
• Line-up and interview schedule of the relevant candidates.
