- Drives, manages and executes the business acquisition plan for Enterprise and Manufacturing
- Analyzes regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities
- Working with regulatory / Policy think tanks to drive industry view point to successful execution of Sales Program in the country.
- Working with various agencies / Ecosystem partner to ensure that STL is partner of choice for execution of Sales program on various geographical location
- Educates team on significant industry factors including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricing
- Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans
- Establishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary
- Supports quotation and proposal efforts to partners, prospects and customers
- Worked with BSNL/ BBNL / MHA / MOD/ DOT / Telecom / Meity or any key government of India ministries
- Business and ecosystem understanding
