: Job Responsibilities : The role is responsible for heading Pan-India 4G business coming from key modern retail accounts like Croma, The Mobile Store, etc. The role would also involve managing complexity for End-to-end Account Management and New business start-up. Also stitch sales and marketing engagement, new product launches, store visibility/campaigns, Control pricing, manage promoters target and pay out. Skills & Competencies : Sales Management Vendor Management - Building & Nurturing Partnerships Negotiation Skills Analytical Skill - Ability to analyse data/situation to gather insights Communication Skills - Ability to convey thoughts effectively Creativity - Ability to think out of box Dealing Ambiguity - Ability to complete a project / task on a strict deadline with little or no direction Leadership Skills - Ownership Mind set
