Job Description


The Person hired will be responsible for Sales and Business developmental activities for graphics segment handling large key accounts for West Region covering the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Goa based out of Mumbai Shall work closely with Key Accounts belonging to the segments of BFSI / Retail / Oil & Gas and Automotive etc to understand their needs and paint points and address them through 3M CBTD solution offerings Key stakeholders with whom the person will be working are marketing team of a brand, administration and projects team, influencers such as design consultants, advertising agencies etc for incorporating 3M specifications in their brand manual generating demand for 3M products Drive specifications led business development in existing and new customers Expand customer and channel base. Identify New segments and promote New Products. Develop and Maintain Key Accounts relationships. * Key Account Management - End to end channel & client relationship. * Coverage of assigned Market / area, demonstration of products & presentation to top officials. * Conducting seminars to create awareness and differentiation of the products. * Incorporation of product specification in Brand Manuals. * Shall Demonstrate advanced understanding of customer s requirement, markets and business challenges. * Develop Opportunity hopper and manage it through Sales Automation tools. * Forecasting, sales plan development, marketing plan execution with growth mindset. * Achieve targeted sales volumes and value for assigned territory on monthly and year-on-year basis. * Channel sales team training, development and managing account receivable. * Shall collaborate with cross functional teams for customer service and complaint management. * Gather industry market intelligence and share the same with stakeholders. 1. B.E / M.B.A with proven Sales track record. 2. 4-6 years of experience in core sales. 3. Prior experience of working with Brand Owners and Projects team will be an added advantage 4. Good understanding of Key Account Management / Channel Management. 5. Experience of sales to institutions / B2B business development. 6. Experience in conducting seminar / Product demonstration for large customer gatherings. 7. Experience in Concept Selling / Specification Incorporation / Tender Generation
