As a member of our global business development team, we are looking for a Key Account Manager. Reporting to the Head of Sales, Asia, and you will be working closely with Technical Account Managers, and the Business Development Managers.

Your responsibilities as a KAM is participating to revenue achievement & long-term customer relationship by providing the technical expertise to the sales activities and by driving best-in-class customer experience with our products and services.

Requirements

Responsibility:

  • Has solid knowledge of automotive products and service offerings, fully understands strengths and limitations of relative products, effectively partners with customers in finding ways to meet their needs and to generate growth. Has comprehensive skills in sales/account management.
  • Fully understands company sales strategy, selling model and competitive landscape, fully understands industry and broader market environment. Has sound knowledge of assigned accounts or able to Develops knowledge of assigned accounts\xe2\x80\x99 organizations and their business challenges, leverages business and industry knowledge to expand relationship with own accounts.
  • Works autonomously and as part of a team, works autonomously, acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
  • Plans and executes a comprehensive sales process focused on partnering with customers in the short and long-term, adapts selling techniques to achieve the sale.
  • Understands customer needs and explains how company product features address these needs. Builds internal Responsible for small to medium-sized accounts and external relationships and ongoing interactions with customer contacts. Using creativity and tools to remove obstacles, Responsible for large, strategic accounts.
  • Utilizes influencing skills on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy. Anticipates customer needs, feedback and objections and shapes customer perception of value, establish relationships with critical decision makers, utilizes a very high level of tact and diplomacy as well as creativity, leads highly complex negotiations.
  • Investigate the automobile market and monitor the sales volume of OEMs, learning the profit status of leading domestic and global component manufacturers, and explore potential customers and increase sales to existing customers.
  • Do well in sales contract signing, performance and management and other related work, and coordinate to deal with pre-sales, sales, after-sales and other issues.
Qualifications & interpersonal skills required:
  • Minimum of bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a Mechanical or Software Engineering.
  • Minimum of 20 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience leading customer service/support/success in automotive industry, and having exposure in SaaS markets is an advantage.
  • Travel for domestic or international business trip(s).
  • Excellent English (French a bonus) communication, team leadership and motivational skills, able to effectively communicate.
  • Creative thinker, able to use imagination to provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and willing to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and taking responsibility for delivery.
