Job Description


\' : Key resposnbility to maintain and grow business relationship with customer. \' Provide ongoing support to the customer in regards to all technical issues and ensure high quality customer service (follow-up of orders, customer visits, cost/revenue analysis in cooperation with the project controlling, prepare and conduct the customer presentations). \' Responsible to ensure GMS for the Account is maintained as per targets. \' Serve as a liaison between the customer and the M+H departments, process the customer complaints and initiate improvements (e.g. initiation of new product concepts in the R&D department) \' Responsible for Quote preparation ,Prepare the price/cost analysis \' Responsible for operational sales planning and future forecast \' Prepare and conduct the price negotiations for the new projects Thanks & Regards, Vidya N email: [HIDDEN TEXT]
