Responsibilties :

1) Lead Online and offline top merchants .

2) Lead initiatives of rewards and payments at CXOs and manage the relationship.

3) Lead relationship and Business Development with existing Acquirer partners and their Account Managers to on-board and engage online & offline merchants.

4) Manage P&L and teams of Key Account Managers for growth initiative

5) Product and consulting skills for growth of existing merchants .

6) Solution new products in rewards and payments with leadership team and leading merchant CXOs.

7) Data driven approach for campaigning and upselling .

What are we looking for ?

1) 4 + years of experience in Business Development and Hunting roles.

2) Prior experience in Payment or FinTech industry .

3) MBA from Top Tier colleges only - IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, MDI, IMT, SP Jain, NMIMS, SIBM
