Business Development Executive :- Generate qualified leads through Cold Calling, emails & other sources.- Ability to engage prospects on the first call and convert it into lead.- Clear and concise verbal communication skills appropriate to the US/European/APAC Market.- Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities.- Knowledge of sales and marketing including basic selling principles and should understand the initial interest or pain points of the prospects.- Ability to quickly research a prospective company and tailor the initial call to their specific needs.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation quotas.- A disciplined approach to managing the territories.- Identify potential contacts and decision-makers in client organizations.- Strong email drafting skills.- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and MS Office would be an added advantage.- Should have Business Development experience for the European Market and should well understand GDPR compliance.- Candidate with ERP & Integration Business development experience preferred but not mandatory.
