This is a remote position.
- Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified leads to introduce our loan products and their benefits.
- Effectively communicate product features and address customer queries in clear and concise Kannada & Tamil.
- Build rapport with potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

Native or fluent Kannada speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing or sales (experience in the banking sector a plus). Strong understanding of loan products and financial services (preferred). Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and targets. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
