Role Overview: As a Senior Manager Cloud Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technical specialists focused on supporting the pre-sales process for cloud-based solutions. Your primary goal is to ensure the technical aspects of sales efforts align with customer needs, while also fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Bangalore, Udaipur, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate and work as a sales team/rep to understand customer requirements and objectives.

- Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical consultations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during the pre-sales phase.

- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

- Attend meetings and presentations to address technical questions and concerns.

- Prepare and review technical documentation, proposals, and statements of work.

- Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities and outcomes.

- Report on team performance and contribute to strategic planning.

- Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.

- Coordinate with other departments, such as product development and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).

- Several years of experience in cloud engineering, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a pre-sales or technical consulting capacity.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
