Job Description

we are looking for junior HR.Responsibilities will include- Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
- Calling candidates and interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with existing vacancies.
- Organizing interviews with managers for shortlisted candidates.
- Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Assisting in the planning of company events.
- Managing HR-Ops independently starting from candidate On-Boarding (Offer Letter Generation, Email ID creation, Employee Documentation, Sending Welcome Emailer, etc.) HR Reports required from time to time.
- Coordinating new hire orientations. Vendor Mining And Client mining.Desired Qualifications and Key Skills:- 0 - 1 year experience in HR(IT)
- Excellent at using MS- Office & HRMIS platforms.
- Strong communication skills with telephone etiquette is a must.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent knowledge of job sites and networking sites, i.e. LinkedIn, , Indeed, Naukri.com, IIM Jobs, etc.
- Smart, mature, self-motivated individual having the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast pace working environment.
