We seek a highly experienced and organized Junior HR Executive to join our team.

As a Junior HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various human resources functions and contributing to the overall success of our HR operations. This position is open for remote work from anywhere in India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting the selection and onboarding of new employees.
  • Support employee relations efforts by addressing employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a professional and timely manner, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Familiarise yourself with HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and guide employees on HR-related matters as required.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely communication, and compliance with policies.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to facilitate performance management initiatives, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Assist in organizing and delivering training and development programs to enhance employees\' skills and knowledge, promoting their professional growth within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about current HR trends and best practices through research and analysis, and contribute ideas to keep our organization competitive in the labour market.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a senior HR Manager or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, displaying a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Experience in IT recruitment is preferable.

ADDITIONAL ASSETS
  • Startup experience (we appreciate entrepreneurs!).
  • Experience working remotely and with virtual teams.
  • Certification such as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is a plus.
