Job Role:- Junior HR Executive for a Private Medical College Salary: Upto \xe2\x82\xb91,68,000 per annum. Joining:- On Immediate Basis Requirements: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on ad posting and recruitment within a hospital or healthcare setting. Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field. Knowledge: Proficient in utilizing job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms. Familiarity with hospital staffing requirements and healthcare industry standards. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact effectively with medical faculties and Staff. REQUISITE SKILLS:
- Excellent Communication & People skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Skill in the preparation and presentation of oral and written reports.
- Proficient in MS-Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- HR Support: Provide general HR administrative support, including data entry, filing, and handling employee inquiries.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Ad Posting and Recruitment: Utilize various platforms to post job advertisements for hospital and Medical College-related positions.
