Job Title : Junior HR Assistant Location Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh Required Number : 1 Qualification : MBA - HR & Administration. BBA / BBM with previous HR work experience is also preferred. Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including hiring, onboarding, and induction.
Administer attendance tracking and payroll processing.
Maintain accurate employee records and handle data management.
Record new hires, transfers, terminations, and changes in job classifications.
Monitor and track employee leaves.
Ensure integrity and confidentiality of HR records and proceedings.
Provide clerical support to the HR Manager.
Conduct or assist with new employee orientation.
Uphold punctuality and meet deadlines for HR tasks.
Foster strong teamwork and collaboration within the HR team.
Demonstrate commitment to ethical work practices and professionalism.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in HR procedures.
Effectively manage tasks and prioritize time to meet HR objectives.
Display professional behavior and demeanor in all interactions.
Maintain responsibility and reliability in HR operations.
