Job Description

: Monitoring of the activities of LPU . Closely monitoring and adherence of processing of Inward, Intimation, registration, and Orphan Claim Conversions within TAT as per SOP. Responsible for monitoring of all day to day TAT based LPU activities compliance at all HUBS . Monitoring and ensuring TAT of document In-warding & intimation for each claim. Coordination with LPU team members for API - faster intimation and processing Monitoring Interim or final Payment processing within TAT - Processing of payments in TAT helps saving of interest amount and thereby controlling claim size. Monitoring Updation of claims dairy in MACT and Consumer claims Monitoring Keeping track of open intimation and follow up with LPU team for to convert it on the claims Follow up for conversion of orphan claims into Genuine orphan or open policy in TAT. Work collaboratively with a diverse team like OPS, ILM for documents /investigation compliances Data management /Enrichment: To ensure for correct data input through LPU team. Time to time cross checking for fields Updation in TP module for desired reports for analysis Periodic Training and empowerment of LPU team members to ensure correct data entry on the TP Module Training and empowerment of OPS team members to ensure for timely in-warding, uploading of documents. Generation of Productivity report of LPU team Desirable Skills : 1.Good communication skills. 2.Flexible & adaptable to change. 3.Well versed with MS Office. 4.Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills. 5.Should be aware of the Local language. Education/Qualification:LLB LLM Years Of Exp :1 to 5 Years
