The Junior Executive - HR would be responsible to assist the HR Manager to manage all aspects of HR to include Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Enablement.

Contribute towards full Core HR remit: On-Boarding and Enablement, Talent Management, Reward, Employee Relations and employee engagement.

Responsible for assisting in the deployment of human resources policies and procedures.

Promote positive Employee Relations and Employee Engagement.

Competent in using existing HR technology and tools, and MS Office software suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree. Advanced degree and/or certification in HR specialties.
• Outstanding verbal and communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with all
• levels of management.
• Motivated self-starter, confident, and able to navigate through change.
• Strong personal credibility with the ability to build trusted relationships with seniors.
