Job Summary
The Junior Executive - Logistics will be based in Bangalore(Bingipura).
Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

• Track all shipment status from pickup to delivery account wise.
• Proactively follow-up with couriers for delayed pickup and deliveries.
• Arrange alternate couriers for delayed pickups.
• Hold weekly meeting with couriers for performance review, identify corrective action and follow-up until closure.
• Escalate the delayed pickups to courier management and follow-up until closure.
• Initiate claims for overdue deliveries and follow-up until closure.
• Identify and rotate couriers for low performing lanes.
• Collect the latest serviceability and TAT from couriers for improving the efficiency.
• Share weekly and Monthly performance account wise with root cause and corrective action for low performing lanes.
• Respond to all escalations from Internal and external customers.
• Resolve conflicts on pickup, delivery, short, damage, transit lost etc. until closure.
• Support investigation results and documentation for Claim closure.
• Liasoning with couriers, customers, Brand (OEM) and Flex Team for all logistics issues.
• Mentoring and Developing the team.
• Handling of customer escalations (Data analysis, Immediate resolution, RCA, CAPA submission etc.)
• Support Statutory requirements (E Waybills).

Here is some of what you will need (required):

• Good understanding of Indian geography.
• Knowledge of Pickup and Delivery TAT's with justification.
• Knowledge of Statutory requirements for movement of goods PAN India.
• Knowledge of track and trace system and solutions.
• Good in Excel & Power Point for data analysis and presentations.
• Able to analyze data for pinpointing the performance drivers and fix it.
• Understanding of cargo vehicle capacity and TAT.
• Understanding for volumetric and actual weights applied in logistics.
• Drive proactive actions to stop escalations
• System, Automation, Digitization Orientation is very key

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

• Experience in managing Domestics Logistics as a user managing 3PL.
• Knowledge of Shipping terms and claims Management.
• Experience of working in Advance Excel and analytic tools like Power BI, Tableo etc.
