Job Summary
The Logistics Analyst will be based in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Co-ordinate with Freight Forwarders for booking of the shipments, approving the Bill of Ladings, tracking of the shipments.
• Co-ordinate with the Customs Broker for the customs clearance, arrange for the pickup of the containers, delivery to the Project site and follow up for POD. (Proof of delivery)
• Co-ordinate with Project Managers/ Customers/ Project site representatives for the delivery of the shipment.
• Co-ordinate with the Suppliers/ warehouse for the Pick of the shipments follow up for the Packing Lists.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Graduate with (2-6) years of experience in logistics operations.
• Good understanding of Incoterms and Shipping terms.
• Well versed with documents like Bill of Ladings, CIPL, COO, Fumigation Certificates etc.
• Flexible to work in US shifts.

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel should be familiar with basic formulas lookups, Pivots and charts.
• Good communications and analytical skills.
