Database Administrator-Oracle/MSSQL Location: Bangalore (JP Nagar 2nd Phase)

Ideal Candidate is:

• Minimum 1-2 years Oracle database experience on Windows Platforms with RAC experience
• Willing to work in EST Timings (05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST)

• Installation & Configuration of Oracle Software, Creation and Configuration of Oracle 10g, 11g and 12c Databases in Windows and Linux Platforms.
• Monitor and manage database sessions, jobs and scheduled tasks
• Space Management - Monitoring, Table space creation, data file addition, resizing, moving
• Good hands on experience in Oracle RAC.
• Good Experience in Oracle Data guard and any replication tools
• Good experience in Performance Tuning (Analyzing AWR and ADDM Reports)
• Experience in monitoring database performance, generate session trace, AWR and ADDM reports and should be able to do first level performance analysis for performance issues
• Cloning/Refresh of databases using RMAN, Export/Import, Expdp/Impdp
• Backup & Recovery using RMAN and other tools and methods.
• Security & Privilege Management - Create and maintain users, privileges and roles, enable/disable database audits
• Writing SQL Scripts for DBA tasks and shell scripting
• Exposure to tools like Toad and Oracle Enterprise Manager is desirable.
