Your field of responsibility
Join us as Jr. Operational Risk Controller in the FRCO and SOX 404 reporting team to partner with of other Group Finance Functions. In this role you Monitor the RAG status of GF Commitments, Prepare Control Decks. You shall also be SME of the MIS reporting database (QLIQ) for all Control Programs hosted on a critical application (MARCS). Liaise closely with QLIK IT, MARCS IT and Business users to bridge any reporting gaps. Proactively identify any potential gaps in MARCS and reporting and contribute in providing tactical / strategic solutions Key Deliverables:

• Preparation of monthly GF Control Dashboard, DLP Monthly Report

• Monitoring the RAG status of GF Commitments for CFO submission

• Preparation and maintenance of GF Commitment Portal

• Participate in global and/or regional initiatives around FRCO process enhancements

• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Block Monitoring

• Preparation and submission of weekly MIS for SOX framework.

• SME of the MIS reporting database (QLIQ) and manage the BOW /release schedules

• Support QLIK development and query resolution activity for control frameworks on MARCS

• Liaise closely with QLIK IT, MARCS IT and Business users to bridge any reporting gaps.

We are looking for individuals having strong analytical skills, a positive attitude with the ability to communicate complex issues in a simple and effective manner. We are looking for candidates with following background / experiences:

• Post graduate/MBA Finance with 3-4 years of relevant experience
  
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power Point
  
• Ability to work with global cross-cultural stakeholders across multiple time zones
  
• Proven ability to judge priority and sequencing on equally demanding and sometimes conflicting deliverables
  
• Exposure to Financial services industry
  
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills
  
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to learn and apply learning quickly
  
• Phenomenal team-player, Problem solving skills, Time management – coordinating and prioritizing work
  
• Ability to work under pressure to strict reporting deadlines
