What\xe2\x80\x99s the Role? We are looking for a Jr. QA Engineer who will perform manual and automated testing of desktop, web & mobile applications to ensure the software meets requirements and is fit for use. Responsibilities/ Duties \xe2\x80\xa2Create and update & maintain test plans according to project details and schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2Analyze requirements & user stories, system requirements, and design specifications for feasibility and create corresponding test scenarios \xe2\x80\xa2Write, execute, and update testing scripts to automate test cases. \xe2\x80\xa2Conduct test case reviews and ensure best testing practices are followed. \xe2\x80\xa2Deliver full functionality. \xe2\x80\xa2Communicate testing progress, results, and other relevant information to project team and other stakeholders based on test plans. \xe2\x80\xa2Track defects, create, and maintain QC testing reports. \xe2\x80\xa2Coach and mentor software testers & assist them with their work. \xe2\x80\xa2Interact in a constructive manner with development and product team Criteria for the Role! \xe2\x80\xa22+ years of hands-on experience in manual and automated testing of mobile apps, web apps, and APIs in a senior Software Tester/QC Engineer/QA Engineer/Quality Analyst profile. \xe2\x80\xa2Proven experience in creating test data and test scenarios. \xe2\x80\xa2Experience in testing RDBMS databases, especially MSSQL, MySQL/MariaDB. \xe2\x80\xa2Experience with Selenium & API testing with Postman. \xe2\x80\xa2Domain expertise of logistics (preferred). \xe2\x80\xa2Strong experience in software testing within iterative development methodologies like Agile. Strong documentation, communication, team collaboration and client handling skills. Competency \xe2\x80\xa2Knowledge of more than one development methodology \xe2\x80\xa2Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals \xe2\x80\xa2Understanding of the technology and domain \xe2\x80\xa2Knowledge of agile methodologies \xe2\x80\xa2Should be able to work independently with little guidance
