Roles and Responsibilities
1. Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
2. Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
3. Take care of the trainee database record.
4. Assisting On boarding Process.
5. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
6. Can handle recruitment part, source the candidates through portals; Linkedin and website and update our database
7. Technical Skills Working knowledge of HRMS tools, MS Office suite.
8. Check daily hiring postings on the portals.
9. Good Communication Skills
Education: ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)r r r r r r r Any Graduate
