About the role:
We are seeking a Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations who can collaborate cross-functionally to ensure service delivery that optimizes business results and contributes to a rich employee experience. This role is responsible for planning and execution of Compensation, Benefits & Payroll, development, execution and operation of a HR shared service strategy supporting the end-to-end life cycle of an employee at Cvent. This role will drive initiatives to improve process, standardize delivery, and ensure best-in-class experience.
Working Hours: Hybrid (12 to 9 PM)

What You Will Be Doing
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies that will help retain and attract talent
Assess internal compensation against peer groups and industry market benchmark; evaluate and perform analysis on pay market positioning, salary structures, and pay mixes to ensure competitiveness
Manage year-end merit and bonus processes
Getting market insight to design and review Benefits, work with brokers to manage Benefit plans and renewals, Benefits admin. etc.
Manage the Payroll input function and HR compliance related activities
HR Operations
Operations and service delivery of entire employee life Cycle (Hire to Retire) i.e. background verification, new-hire on-boarding, employee record, leave & attendance, employee helpdesk, off-boarding
Own the creation, documentation, and management of the end-to-end employee lifecycle HR processes.
Develop clear service level standards that define clear accountability for delivering enhanced value through HR Services.
Foster a customer service focus for best in class employee experience. Ensure timely, accurate, and value-added responses to inbound inquiries and employee requests.
HR Systems
Responsible for HRMS i.e. Workday.
Perform HCM Workday related special projects and coordinate feature / function cases on an ongoing basis. Aggregate HR user requirement for implementation of new functionalities, enhancements, BPMS changes and integrations. Own the testing of scenarios during updates and releases and report bugs, follow up for resolution.
Responsible for maintaining employee records and end to end HRIS. Ensure data quality i.e. timeliness availability, accuracy and completeness.
HR reporting and analytics:
Translate data hosted on various HR systems into MIS reports and dashboards for headcount, attrition, employee demographics, SLA/KPIs, process performance etc.
Audits & Controls:
Collaborate with key partners ensure appropriate internal controls and relevant internal audits are in place.

What You Will Need for this Position
Overall 15 of work experience with blended experience in C&B and HR Ops.
Demonstrated skills in HCM, specifically Workday
Experience in leading an HR shared service or operations team and applying service management principles
Experience working with global teams
Experience in lean process, process improvement, implementation of enabling technologies
Full working knowledge and understanding of HR legislation/employment law, principles, policies, and procedures
Analytical skills with the ability to resolve a wide variety of complex issues or problems
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: Software Services, Internet/Dot com/ISP
