Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy. Prepare statutory documents- PF monthly payments & applying for E-nomination, PF withdrawals, monthly pension fund and update the Members record in the PF portal, Annual Bonus Return filing, MLWF payments (half yearly) etc. Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and payroll-related statutory requirements. Generate payroll reports for management whenever required. Maintaining the Personal File of Employees. HR Operations & Employee Records : Manage Employee lifecycle. Process ID & Business Card Requisitions Maintain & Ensure Data integrity in HRIS for employee data and records. Support on the annual PMS - maintain data, prepare letters etc. Update and track employee information, such as personal details, salary changes etc. Benefits Administration: Support benefits administration processes, including addition/ deletion under mediclaim, Accidental policy for corporate employees
