Responsibilities :

- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for collecting and collating data/documents.

- Handling Indian Payroll with excellent communication, must be able to interact with Other Department SPOC Persons.

- Adhere to Company Payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.

- Sound Knowledge of filling half yearly and annual compliances regarding statutory like - PF, ESI, PT, LWF and TDS Returns.

- Prepare and Checking of Full & Final Settlement of employees.

- Handling employees queries related to Payroll, Reimbursement, PF, ESI and Salary TDS

- Prepare periodic payroll reconciliations, MIS and Dashboards.
