We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Jr corporate sales manager to join our corporate salary team. The corporate sales managers will be responsible for developing new corporate leads, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates should be excellent in sourcing sales via Cold calls, emails & lead follow-up calls
Generating corporate leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
Understanding customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and identifying sales opportunities
Creating and maintaining a pipeline of current and potential customers
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
Staying informed about competing products and services
Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Opening Salary accounts for Corporate employees
Required skills
Previous experience in B2B Corporate sales is required
Candidates from fintech, Insuretech, employee benefits, corporate banking, and startup environments are an added advantage
1+ year of corporate sales experience is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Excellent phone and cold calling skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong listening and sales skills
Location - Bangalore
