: Job Responsibilities : Business: - Achievement of overall targets set for the BCs mapped to the JC. The targets include No of Accounts, Number of Banking Transactions, Savings Bank deposits. The targets will include other cross-sell products like Insurance, Mutual Fund, & Loans as and when they are launched. DGRO - To act as the District Grievance Redressal Officer (DGRO) for JPB as stipulated by RBI. (Role of DGRO is attached in Annexure) Ongoing Support & Resolution for BC: To ensure all kinds of support to each BC mapped to the JC e.g. technical, cash management, product, marketing, training so that the BC is successful. Banking Champion: To be the expert of Banking in that JC. The JPB lead should be well aware and knowledgeable on all JPB products/policies and processes so that he can be seen as the banking expert in the JC. Adherence to Compliance: Since banking is a very well-regulated business, the JPB lead will be responsible to ensure 100% adherence to all regulations by all BCs mapped to the JC. Skills & Competencies : A JFS lead should possess well-honed people skills and networking ability Previous stints should have delivered measurable results and shown potential for project execution Skills required for efficient sales planning and operations Leadership to manage a team and achieve results Proficient in English language and Hindi. In addition to this, proficiency in any Indian Local language will be preferred Fluent in communication
