Job Description

We seek a highly motivated Client Engagement Manager with Ad Tech experience to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. You\'ll play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our US-based clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth. We want to hear from you if you\'re passionate about the digital advertising industry and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills!

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, acting as their main point of contact

- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion with existing clients

- Develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded

- Work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure client needs are met

- Keep clients up-to-date on new and exciting developments in the Ad-Tech industry

- Resolve client issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring they\'re always happy with our services

- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience

- Represent our company at industry events and be a true ambassador for the Ad-Tech revolution!

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s/Masters in Engineering/ Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum one year of experience in client management in the Ad-Tech industry (Comapnies like - Inmobi, Affle, Ad Pushup, Media.net)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Knowledge of the Ad-Tech industry and emerging trends is a plus
