We have a job opening for the position of Sales Manager for Pune West location. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.Responsibilities1. Building relationships with potential customers and residential real estate buyers.2. Know how of ongoing real estate market.3. Assist the customers about organization, project & product details; provide insights,USP's & specifications of the designated project.4. Helping customers to shortlist inventory available in project.5. Assist the customer during site visits, analysis and recommendation about theproject to customer.6. Assist the customers in finalizing & negotiating apartment.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
