Meta is looking for a results-driven and strategic Program Manager to lead and manage our relationship with Jio, a key strategic partner in India. If you are passionate about mobile technology, social media, digital commerce, and have a deep understanding of the consumer Internet and mobile industry, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the telecom and technology sectors, coupled with the ability to execute bold initiatives and work collaboratively with senior-level cross-functional teams. Reporting directly to the VP of Meta India, this role is crucial for defining and executing growth strategies, building synergistic opportunities, and ensuring the successful achievement of program milestones. You will also play a pivotal role in maintaining and driving strategic initiatives within the leadership team of our partner.

Jio Strategic Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Cultivate Strategic Relationships: Engage with the C-suite leaders, and executive teams at the Partner Organization to promote a Meta-first mindset and foster mutually beneficial partnerships. This will be done alongside the Telco partnerships team.
• Program Execution: Drive the execution of identified initiatives across Meta\'s existing services through regular interactions with core members and steering committees of the strategic program. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Meta technologies and partner organizations to ensure successful project implementation.
• Documentation and Ownership: Take ownership of documenting key initiatives aligned with the partnership\xe2\x80\x99s goals. Serve as the central point of contact for milestones, deliverables, and project updates.
• Stakeholder Influence: Use your influence to engage key stakeholders within the partner organization, facilitating the scaling of opportunities and overcoming challenges. Navigate senior management and other stakeholders effectively.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Explore, identify, and evaluate strategic growth opportunities across various domains, including key enterprise, OEM (mobile devices), digital commerce, music streaming, gaming, and business messaging. Collaborate with internal leaders at Meta to develop and execute business cases for relevant teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Track record of self-driven and resilient approach to working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional, and ambiguous startup environment.
• Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage and nurture strategic relationships at the board and senior C-level.
• Analytical Acumen: Quantitative and analytical background with the ability to work with dashboards, data sheets, and structured environments. Demonstrated program management experience in complex and highly ambiguous projects.
• Industry Experience: 12+ years of experience, with a significant contribution to the Mobile and Telecom industry. In-depth knowledge of online and telco business models and consumer technology.
• Product Management: Possesses mobile (consumer/enterprise/IOT) and/or ecommerce product management skills and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Prior experience working in a high-growth role within a telco or internet technology company is preferred.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Experience communicating effectively, collaborating and influencing strategically with partners across various organizational levels and hierarchies.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in executing complex multi-year projects/programs in telecom, network, or tech management.
