We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will (Key responsibilities)

• Work with businesses and technology leadership teams, oversight and be responsible for delivery management, governance and financial management, quality and performance optimization of technology solutions.
• Accountable to provide technical solution on JAVA and workflow application issue.
• Provide consultation to GO&A Product Owners with alignment to the direction and strategy of Group and GO&A; and is responsible for the on-going success and continuous improvement of products, services and platforms.
• Accountable with Product Owner to review requirements from a testability perspective and formulate the non-functional testing strateg
• Accountable for ensuring compliance of the products and services with mandatory and regulatory requirements, control objectives in the risk and control framework and technical currency (in line with published standards and guidelines) and, with the architecture function, implementation of the business imperatives
• Accountable for ensuring that all activities performed by teams adhere to the relevant Service Management Standards, operation efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with product owner and teams to ensure that high levels of automation are implemented and maintained across the teams
• Accountable for operational stability, integrity, availability, service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the solutions in the GO&A.Accountable to perform people management which includes upskilling, cross skilling, career development, performance and appraisal.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Information System or related disciplines
• 12+ years in technology management with experience in managing large / medium sized technology investment in a complex environment, preferably on a major market, regional or global scale in the financial industry.
• Java specialist who has experience on BPM (workflow tools) and willing to work on workflow tools along with Java.
• Solid record in the delivery and on-going support of technology solutions end-to-end
• Manage a diverse team of IT professionals in delivering growth, regulatory, risk, control and efficiency changes.Strong skills and experience in leadership, people management and stakeholder management
• Strong skills and experience in interpersonal communication and speak-up in a dynamic and matrix environment across geographic.Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
• Experience in technology strategy and planning.Cloud experience and certification with AWS, Google, Azure etc.Experience of working in a DevOps focused environment and working in an Agile Team.
• Very strong problem-solving skill.Good knowledge of software design patterns and software architecture principles.Good knowledge of CI/CD.
