We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of : Lead Consultant Specialist

Location:Hyderabad/Bangalore

The GO&A Process Intelligence & Analytics Platform Lead role is accountable for enabling the technical development and run-time operation of products and services within a Global Operations & Automation, Technology. They own, oversee, and manage the Platforms under Process Inteliigence & Analytics (offering, standards, processes and governance) and define its vision and objectives. Platforms can include Process and Task Mining technology, GCP Big Query and other data and analytics platforms. This role will engage across all stakeholders to ensure Platform standards are maintained and the vision and objectives for the Platform delivered.This role will carry out some or all of the following activities:

  • Platform strategy & demand
  • Solution insights & Platform re-usability
  • Platform best practices & standards
  • Vendor & risk management
  • Platform Delivery: Accountable to drive business outcomes of the platform capabilities, the delivery, on-going success & continuous improvement of a discrete set of products or business services, or shared products/platforms/environments.
  • Platform strategy & demand: Collaborate with multiple GB/GF IT counterparts, Value Stream/Sub Value Streams, Platform leads, Architects to drive the product strategy and solutions forwards.
  • Service resilience: Ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered on the platforms.
  • Solution insights & platform re-usability: Work with key stakeholders to ensure that high levels of automation are implemented and maintained across the platforms, evolving a digital environment and automated processes to minimize variation and ensure predictable high-quality code and data
  • Platform best practices & standards: Accountable to ensure that all activities performed by platform teams adhere to the relevant Service Management Standards, Cyber Security, relevant Data Standards and Data Controls for the platforms. Including the compliance of the products and services with mandatory and regulatory requirements, control objectives in the risk and control framework
  • Platform Value: Ensure the cost base / budgets for the products and services are managed in line with GO&A controls.
  • Growth Mindset: Stay up to date on tools, industry expertise and tools and technologies and areas like cyber security and regulations pertaining to aspects like data privacy, consent, data residency etc. that are applicable
  • Manage employee engagement and promote a compelling employee value proposition to retain and recruit talent.
  • Manage resource allocation across teams to maximize business impact of resources and ensure each team has the skills and capabilities needed to achieve its objectives.
  • Create learning and development opportunities aligned to GO&A\xe2\x80\x99s skill and capability needs, and to provide rewarding career paths for both Software Engineering staff and wider GO&A teams
  • Build a culture that supports innovation, learning, collaboration, transparency, and inclusiveness.
  • Manage talent, playing a key role in performance management and compensation processes, role and competency definition, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Functional Knowledge
  • 10+ years of experience in technology-related roles, with experience managing vendor and in\xe2\x80\x93house built platforms.
  • Experience as an IT Service Owner
  • Experience of Cloud technologies including GCP/Azure
  • Experience of SQL Server or other database technology
  • Knowledge of Process Intelligence technology would be advantageous including ARIS/Celonis/Kryon
  • Knowledge in Agile/DevOps framework
  • Knowledge in cost and workforce management
