We embrace a culture of experimentation and constantly strive for improvement and learning Job Responsibilities Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development Gathers, analyzes, synthes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 8+ Years of Software development with expert proficiency in Java/J2EE/Spring Framework with integration experience with contactcenter platforms like Genesys Cloud CX and/or Amazon Connect Hands on experience with developing REST API and Micro Services based application Good understanding of Micro service-based architecture and industry standards Good understanding of SQL and No SQL Database from application integration perspective. Hands on experience with Cloud Application Deployment patterns like Blue-Green, A/B routing, Canary, etc. Very good understanding of Cloud Application Scaling Patterns for Public Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure etc. Experience in deploying and integrating with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana etc. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Understanding of Contact Center Product Suite like Genesys Cloud CX or Amazon Connect and integration experience will be added advantage Understanding of basic telephony and contact center concepts would be added advantage Experience with working in an Agile Environment
