We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Consultant Specialist.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist and carry out the below responsibilities:

• Responsible for project Initiation is performed to quantify clear scope and, agile ways of working and effective implementation of the Scrum framework.
• Responsible for coordinating/leading end to end execution across all parties\xe2\x80\x99/work streams, including 3rd party vendors.
• Responsible to work with Solution Architect, Development, Testing Teams & Product Owner to execute the product backlog.
• Responsible for the coaching and leadership that enable Agile delivery, including facilitating team meetings such as retrospectives, reviews, and PI/Sprint planning events
• Responsible to Identify and escalate, using sound judgment, significant challenges/impediments, and risks to key stakeholders. also assist in providing appropriate contingencies.
• Responsible to ensure commercial realization/benefits are tracked and met and that all Stakeholders are kept informed of progress and issues via standard reporting and escalation mechanisms.
• Responsible for Management Information & Reporting. Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders within IT, Global Businesses, Finance.
• Responsible for successful delivery of Technology initiatives. Initiative outputs may form part of a technology-based change program, delivery of a technology-only program, or may be standalone.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Having 7-10 years of working/relevant experience in IT project management, where 3-5 years of having worked as a Scrum Master or working on Agile frameworks
• Have excellent written/verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex IT issues to non-technical people in the business.
• Have good knowledge & experience using industry wide tools such as Jira, Confluence, CA Clarity & MS Project.
• Have a track record of demonstrating Risk and Compliance awareness
• Have proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language to recognize to the global remit of this role.
• Have skills around driving process improvements or automation initiatives.
• Maintains a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team.
• Certifications: CSM, PSM-II,

The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements:

• Experience in Google cloud and PEGA.
