Ready to join us About this opportunity The Lab Business Manager, iTero India will develop regional laboratory segmentation, value proposition and establish key commercial partnerships. This leader will work in partnership cross functionally with each market in the execution of the Lab strategy to meet iTero sales and growth targets. In this role, you will ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Development and execution of the go to market sales and marketing strategy for labs based on local segmentation Execute new innovative business models for labs Manage regional key laboratory relationships Develop regional laboratory sales and growth targets in conjunction with each market leadership team Develop network of laboratory key opinion leaders Continuous improvement of Lab on-boarding processes & tools South/West region POC (Point Of Contact) for all lab issues, new product training and communicating back to regional/global experts. Trouble-shoot cases escalated by lab support, trainers and Sales reps Escalating complicated unsolved issues including detailed logs, casework notes, diagnostics, and reproduce steps. Provides training and education to iTero team members (sales, Trainers and operations) Support NPI activities and product launches (direct to Lab, Physical models etc..,) Identify gaps in current processes w/ Labs and work cross-functionally on improvements Collect data, analyze and identify trends including lab production quality Ability to travel and visit labs In this role, you'll need QUALIFICATIONS Ability to drive and lead cross-functional collaboration Technical and industry knowledge of the dental laboratory market Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills. High-energy, hands-on leader with a demonstrated record of accomplishment Strong project management skills Minimum 5 years experience in the dental industry with Solid understanding of the dental industry and regulatory requirements and issues. Experience in managing distributors or lab Partners. Experience in GP Market. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans. Has had extensive experience developing and executing tactical sales plans, including quotas and account objectives. Ability to understand and analyze financial information. Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent skills in influencing and negotiation.
