IT Validation Lead

In this role, you have the opportunity to To play as IT Validation Lead for the Digital Factory, part of Supply chain IT domain. You are responsible for
  • Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, validation and compliance of deliverables by plan/lead/review/train/guide/support of the validation packages of IT applications in a regulated industry.
  • Facilitates OQ working with testing team
  • Facilitates IQ working with Platform Analysts, DevOps Engineers and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate PQ working with user community o Facilitate sign off by Q&R (QMS)
  • Actively participate in the Validation Life Cycle of regulated IT projects by planning validation deliverables, working on validation documentation, authoring Validation Plan & Validation summary report, review of functional requirements definition, creation of traceability matrix, review of validation protocol development, validation execution and deviation management; and working closely with cross-functional project teams. Provide guidance/feedback to IT project teams in Validation compliance as per the applicable regulatory requirements and Philips policies and procedures
  • Acts as a SME for validation process and understands validation tool as a SME, contributes to tools design and implementation and also provides required business support in collaboration with Q&R in defining the validation process in PEPF.
  • Continuous simplification drive to take out unnecessary complexity in the area of Software validation working closely with Q&R team
