Walking customers through installing applications and computer to diagnose problems
Conduct remote troubleshooting
Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
Help create technical documentation and manualsRequired Skills: -Proven work experience as a Support assistance.
Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
Hands-on experience with Windows
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Must have experience with Govt. project
