Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience with Windows 10, Windows 11 OS installation, software installation, Network management, system administration, and troubleshooting of hardware/software problems.
• Has knowledge of Microsoft 365, AZURE AD, SharePoint, and other cloud platforms.
• Maintain Asset Inventory, allocation, and configuration of assets as per requirement.
• VPN Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting / Provide Remote support to end user.
• Setting up new user accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
• Installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment

(Including but not limited to laptops, printers) to ensure optimal performance.

• Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
• Troubleshooting Wi-Fi connectivity-related problems.
• Understanding Firewalls and load balancing.
• Monitoring internet lines and working with ISPs to fix the issues.
• Knowledge about Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket) will be added advantage.
• Testing and evaluating new technologies.
