RSM is looking for a Unified Communications Administrator as member of the RSM Technical Services group and part of the Unified Communications Team. This exceptional individual is responsible for the internal support and maintenance of the RSM Unified Communication Collaboration and voice platforms. Individual must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to work, collaborate and coordinate between vendors, IT and internal business partners. Must have a team-oriented attitude, solid interpersonal skills and be self-driven and accountable.
Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of systems. Conducts root cause analysis and proactively identifies potential issues/problems; communicates concerns and solutions to Engineers, vendors and leadership.
Provide technical support and assistance to end users of RSM\xe2\x80\x99s collaboration tools and voice systems. Monitors and responds to support tickets. Escalates issues to Engineers, vendors and leadership.
Reporting and analysis in relation to the usage of collaboration tools and voice systems.
Creates and updates knowledge articles and system documentation.
