Position : Systems Administrator Experience Level : 4-6 Years Job Location : Nagpur Job Type : Full Time Shift Timings : 5:00 pm to 2:00 am Working Days : 5 days.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator with experience in managing Windows and Azure systems infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable monitoring and alerting for systems infrastructure, managing and maintaining security solutions, managing network hardware and equipment, and administering various Remote IT systems. Additionally, the Systems Administrator will provide application support for Microsoft Office, Office 365, and common software applications, and provide user training on system usage and applications as required. The Systems Administrator will work with the IT team to implement complex systems projects and perform other duties as required to deliver exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure reliable monitoring and alerting for systems infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Manage all network hardware and equipment, including switches, firewall, VPN, and patch panels.
• Administer various Remote IT systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, Office 365, Network Printer, MDM, O365, and network devices.
• Provide application support for Microsoft Office, Office 365, and common software applications.
• Provide user training on system usage and applications as required.
• Work with the IT team to implement complex systems projects.
• Perform other duties as required to deliver exceptional service and support.
