We are hiring candidates for IT Support Engineer position: - Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai Key Responsibilities: - Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners - Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks - Troubleshooting networking and connection issues - Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests - Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users - Managing user access - Maintaining logs - Firewall configuration & maintenance - Asset & Patch Management - Data backup & BCP - Documentation & SOP Readiness for ISO 27001:2013 audits & ISMS requirements Job Type: Full-time Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Day shift
- Mahape, Ghansoli,, Navi Mumbai - 400710, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
